A
Poem on the Internet Mar 20th, 2012

I
went down to the graveyard today to see where I’m going when I die,
The
schedule of this event can’t be arranged and I don’t know why,
We
can’t have death with dignity, the appointed Supreme Court says,
These
appointees allowed abortion clinic’s baby-killing phase.
Therefore
we need to rearrange our affairs to get it right,
Compulsory
voting and binding referendums in sight,
Where
we the people finally take charge of our affairs,
And
not some Ottawa appointed aristocrat charge d’affaires.
But
this is only a short poem written on the Internet,
Not
the new constitution we need or a new Charter yet,
But
we need politicians going in the right direction,
Not
another secret-list of secret appointees collection.
